This page explains what First Home Buy stores when you use the calculator, stress test, readiness report or the weekly digest. It is written in plain language; it is not legal text.
Your buyer profile
The figures you enter — property price, deposit, income, savings, debts and hidden costs — are saved so the calculator, stress test and readiness report all share one picture. There's no separate account to manage and nothing is shared with lenders, brokers or third parties.
Your email
If you sign up for the weekly digest we store your email to send market updates. You're never added without asking, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Readiness reports
Generated reports are saved alongside your profile for your own reference. Clear your figures at any time and the saved numbers go with them.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on these tools.
